2.1 Age Requirement. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds returned to the payment source to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. 4.1 Currency. All transactions on the inak918 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). inak918 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.
4.2 Deposit Methods. inak918 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. inak918 reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by inak918. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification having been completed satisfactorily. Standard processing times are as follows: Touch n Go eWallet — within 5 minutes of approval; Bank Transfer (FPX) — within 1 to 3 business hours during standard operating windows. These times are targets and inak918 does not guarantee processing within these timeframes in all circumstances.
4.4 inak918 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks where required by anti-money laundering obligations or where inak918 has reasonable grounds to suspect account abuse or fraud.
4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated. Requests below this threshold may be declined and returned to the account balance.
5.1 inak918 offers promotional bonuses to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds conditions. These specific promotional terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be turned over in eligible games before a withdrawal is permitted.
5.3 inak918 reserves the right to decline, withhold, or reclaim bonus funds where inak918 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using arbitrage or low-risk strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or acting in concert with other Members.
5.4 Promotional offers are subject to change, suspension, or withdrawal at the sole discretion of inak918 without prior notice, save for promotions already in progress where the Member has already commenced wagering towards the applicable requirement.
5.5 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new Members only and may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
6.1 All bets placed on the inak918 Platform are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, table games, esports). These rules are accessible within each game or product section.
6.2 Sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. inak918 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Asian Handicap and in-play betting are subject to additional rules published in the sportsbook section.
6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the dealing, spinning, or rolling process in the live studio. inak918 does not alter or have any ability to alter these outcomes. Technical disconnection during a live game round does not void the bet; the result stands as determined by the studio system.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and product. inak918 may impose individual stake restrictions on specific Members where inak918 determines this to be appropriate.
6.5 inak918 reserves the right to void or withhold payment on any bet where inak918 reasonably believes the bet was placed: (a) using material non-public information; (b) in collaboration with other parties to manipulate the outcome; (c) exploiting a technical error in the Platform; or (d) in breach of these Terms.
7.1 Members must not engage in any of the following conduct:
7.2 inak918 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time for suspected prohibited conduct. During an investigation, inak918 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay pending the outcome.
8.1 All content on the inak918 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, and text — is the property of inak918 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of inak918.
9.1 inak918's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with inak918, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9.2 inak918 implements industry-standard security measures, including TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit and secure hashed storage of account passwords, to protect Member data from unauthorised access.

11.1 The inak918 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. inak918 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, inak918 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit inak918's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 inak918 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Member account with or without prior notice in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or inak918's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction.
12.2 Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal of verified cleared funds (i.e., funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or fraud investigation holds) will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
12.3 You may request closure of your inak918 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by either party prior to the closure date.
13.1 inak918 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with the effective date noted at the top of this document. For material amendments, inak918 will provide notice to Members via the registered email address where practicable.
13.2 Your continued use of the inak918 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which inak918 holds its operating licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and inak918, the Member should first contact inak918 customer support to seek an informal resolution. inak918 is committed to addressing Member complaints promptly and fairly.
14.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by inak918's licensing authority. Details of this process are available upon request from inak918 support.
